Full Safari Itinerary …
Day 1, Arrival Arusha
Upon Landing at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be picked and transferred to your overnight accommodation at Arusha. Dinner and Overnight at Planet Lodge Arusha Coffee Lodge
Day 2-3, Transfer Tarangire National Park
Pick up at 8:30 am in the morning from your Lodge in Arusha and transfer to Tarangire National Park to arrive in time for lunch and afternoon game drive. The Tarangire National Park may only be Tanzania’s sixth largest park, but for what it lacks in size, it makes up in elephant migrations, excellent bird-watching opportunities, and authentic safari experience. Second day at Tarangire will be a full day game drive. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. We will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park with an exciting game drive along the Tarangire River. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. All meals on fullbaord basis at Tarangire Safari Lodge
Day 4-5, Transfer Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Lake Manyara
In the morning, you will have your morning hot buffet breakfast then depart from Tarangire National Park with a morning game drive en-route to Lake Manyara. You will have lunch on the way as you enter Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive. Explore the diverse habitats of the park, stopping on the lakeshore to admire the different bird species, and look for the pink flamingo. You will traverse a mosaic of acacia woodlands, grassy floodplains, and tall forest in search of wildlife, including Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions, which may be spotted resting in favored spots and large family herds of elephant. In the evening, you will be transferred to your Lodge at Ngorongoro Crater. Second day, you will have a full day game drive at the crater rim. When you visit the Ngorongoro Crater, you are spoiled for choice. The good news is that the area is relatively small and so you get to sample everything. From craters, wildlife, people, and culture to walking safaris and the cradle of humankind, this area is astounding! All meals on full board basis at Ngorongoro wildlife Lodge
Day 6-7, Transfer Serengeti National Park
After your morning buffet breakfast, you will be transfered to Serengeti Plains. to arrive in time for check-in for lunch at your camp and afternoon game drive. Second day will be a full day at Serengeti National Park. Its the biggest park in Tanzania Covering 14,750km2 hosting a lot of animals among them the big five, big cats, wildebeest, and various birds species. With the help of our guide, we will search the big five, the big cats and many other animals. You might spot the calving season of the wildebeest, the migration, and the crossing although all happens in different seasons. All meals on fullbaord basis at Chaka Camp Serengeti.
Day 8-9, Transfer Northern Serengeti National Park
Have morning breakfast, then leave for Northern Serengeti with game drive en route. You will arrive in time for lunch at your camp. Later in the afternoon have a short siesta by the pool before you depart for a game drive. Afternoon game drive until late evening then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Second day, you will enjoy one of the best destinations in Tanzania full of diverse wildlife. The Northern Serengeti offers a chance to escape the crowds: this region of the park – wedged between the Central Serengeti and Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve to the north – is remote and relatively inaccessible, which means it sees fewer visitors. Travelers who make it to this corner of the Serengeti will be rewarded with gorgeous landscapes of green rolling hills, granite outcrops and acacia woodlands dotting open savanna, incredible wildlife, and most importantly, with massive herds of wildebeest and zebra making the dangerous crossing of the croc-infested Mara River during the Great Migration in June and July and again in September, October and November. This sector of the park is also home to the greatest concentration of elephant in the Serengeti, as well as good numbers of lion, leopard, cheetah, and hyena and diverse resident animals such as giraffe, topi, eland, and hippo. Day 10, Leave Serengeti National Park / Transfer Masai Mara National Reserve via Isebania border
Today after your hot buffet breakfast, you will have game drive enroute to Isebania border. Arrive and drop off at the border, therafter, you will be picked by our Kenyan guide to proceed to Mara Plains. Dinner and Overnight at Mara Simba Lodge
Day 11-12, Full Days Masai Mara National Reserve
Full day spent for viewing the great predators and explore the park's amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay, we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge
Day 13, Transfer and drop off Nairobi
Today will be the last day of your safari. your african dream is fulfilled full of memorable experience. After breakfast, you will have game drive enroute to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Nairobi. you will be dropped at your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Incase your flight departs from Arusha, Kilimanjaro Airport, Overnight accommodation can be arranged at Nairobi so that tomorrow morining you board a shuttle to Arusha.
